Who We Are

We are a New York City based, Colombian born, handbag label. Begun by a art/design/architecture trained husband and wife team, with the addition of a friend who is like family, we are seekers of the beautiful and the unusual. MIN & MON is inspired by everyday curiosities, the unfamiliar, and fantastical happenings.

MIN & MON is named after the couple’s two sons.

  • Does Min & Mon only deliver to the US?

    We ship all over the world and we've even negotiated discounted rates for international shipping that we pass on to you at checkout. 

  • What’s this I'm seeing about free shipping?

    Yes, we offer free shipping for our customers on orders over $225.00 and within the United States.

  • The bag I want is out of stock, will it come back?

    If there is a particular item that is sold out and you want it, hit us up in chat. If it comes back you'll be the first to know. We restock many of our items every three weeks and also post the newest arrivals and the comebacks on our Instagram page (@minandmonbags).

  • Are there products that are not leather?

    All our products are made out of leather. However we are planning on bringing non leather items in the near future.

  • Are your thick leather straps adjustable?

    No, our thicker straps are not adjustable. They only come in one size

  • What is your Return Policy for purchases made on the web?


    Returns are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of order date. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, with all tags attached.

    Sale items are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Items received as a gift must be accompanied by an Order Receipt and are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refund to original form of payment is only an option for original customer with credit card used for purchase.

    Min & Mon reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. Items shipped back to Min & Mon that are not eligible for return will be refused and returned to sender. Return eligibility is at the discretion of the Store/Customer Service Management Team. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Please note: International orders are not eligible for return.


    Min & Mon is unable to offer online exchanges by mail. Instead we recommend placing a new order for the desired items, and returning eligible items for a refund. You may also exchange eligible items at one of our retail stores.


    Full price items purchased with a promotional discount online that fall within our standard policies and requirements are eligible for return or exchange unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion policy at the time of purchase. Sale items are always final sale.


    Securely pack and seal return merchandise along with your Order Receipt.
    Returns must be shipped prepaid with the carrier of your choice. Be sure to keep a record of your tracking number for your reference.

    Provided the return is eligible, refund will be processed within seven (7) business days of receipt to the original form of payment. Please note, depending on the credit card company/issuing bank, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.


    Eligible online purchases may be returned or exchanged in any of our retail stores within 30 days of purchase. Requests for refund or exchange must be accompanied by the original Order Receipt.
    Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment and will be processed at Min & Mon's office once the product is returned to the store. Items received as a gift must be accompanied by an Order Receipt and are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refund to original form of payment is only an option for original customer with credit card used for purchase.
    If you purchased with PayPal, only exchange for item(s) of equal or greater value is available at our retail stores. To receive a full refund for PayPal orders, please return by mail.


    If you received a damaged or defective product, or, the item that you received was not what you ordered, please contact Customer Care immediately at 601 842 3552 or email and have your order number ready.

  • If we have to return a product, what is the initial step?

    The initial step is to send pictures to the email address: Once
    the email has been sent, you should expect an answer in the next 2-3 business days
    with following instructions.

  • What is the best way to clean the bags and the rest of the Min & Mon products?

    We clean everything with makeup remover wipes. Very easy and simple.

  • When are products sent once the order is done?

    The products get shipped within 3 business days from the moment of purchase.
