"The bag is cute and I have many from Min and Mon that I have used for years, the quality is always amazing. However, the strap that came with the bag was not the same as the one shown on the listing, which I would have much preferred to what it came with. I’m disappointed."
"I was extremely excited to receive my product, I was frustrated that it took 10 days for it to be shipped, but once it was shipped, it didn’t take long to reach me… One thing that was extremely frustrating to me is that the strap in every single picture with this purse on the website is not the strap that comes with this purse. I am happy with the strap that came with it, but if it had been advertised with this strap and had come with the strap that was pictured instead, I would’ve been very upset…. The strap that I got I believe is an upgrade, but I still feel like the website and the product should be accurate.. I would not have spent another $50 on a keychain to snazz up the strap if I had known which strap it was actually coming with, the keychain does not look good on the strap that came with this purse. I did add an extra star because the shipment came with an extra tote bag that I did not know was coming and I think is very cute!"
