⚠ Important — U.S. Import Tariffs: Due to recent U.S. tariff changes, customs clearance may take longer than usual. A small additional fee will be applied at checkout to help cover these new customs tariffs. Delivery times may also be affected by increased processing at customs.

 

1. Order Fulfillment

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Colombia. Orders shipped to the United States are processed Monday through Friday.

You will typically receive a shipping confirmation within 5–8 business days after placing your order.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin fulfillment on the following Monday.

 

⚠ The shipping time shown at checkout refers only to estimated transit time — it does not include fulfillment time.

 

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Total delivery time = fulfillment time + transit time.

       Fulfillment: 5–8 business days

       Transit: 3–5 business days via FedEx International Priority

       Hawaii & Alaska: 5–8 business days transit

International Orders

       Fulfillment: 5–8 business days

       Transit: 5–8 business days via FedEx International Priority or DHL Express

Unexpected delays may occur due to external factors. Min & Mon is not responsible for carrier-caused delays.

Subtotals are calculated excluding taxes, duties, tariffs, and shipping fees.

 

4. Shipping Carriers & Services

We primarily ship via FedEx International Priority. In some cases, we may use DHL Express or UPS as alternative carriers.

For Virtual Personal Shopping orders shipped from our NYC store, we use USPS.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to:

       PO Boxes

       APO / FPO / DPO addresses

If an order is placed with a restricted address, we will contact the customer to request an alternative. The order will remain on hold until a valid address is provided.

 

6. Customs Duties & Import Fees

Orders shipped outside the U.S. and Puerto Rico may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

       These charges are not included in our shipping rates

       They are the customer's sole responsibility to pay

       If customs duties are unpaid and the package is lost, rejected, or returned, the order will be non-refundable

Due to the complexity and costs of international returns, Min & Mon cannot issue refunds for packages lost or rejected due to unpaid customs fees.

 

7. Lost or Undelivered Packages

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery becomes their responsibility.

Package not arrived within the estimated timeframe

Contact us at contact@minandmon.com if your order has not arrived within two weeks of the shipping confirmation date.

Marked as Delivered but not received

Contact us immediately at contact@minandmon.com. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Package missing after two weeks

If tracking does not show the package as in your delivery area after two weeks, it may be lost or stolen. In that case:

       File a police report for the missing package

       Send a scanned copy of the police report along with your order number to contact@minandmon.com

       Once verified, we will work with you to replace the items or refund the order value

⚠ As a small business producing items in limited batches, we cannot guarantee the exact items from your original order will be available for replacement.

 

8. Unclaimed & Undelivered Packages

It is the customer's responsibility to track their shipment and respond promptly to any delivery-related communications from the carrier or Min & Mon.

If a package cannot be delivered and the customer does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the order may be considered unclaimed. The package will be returned to our warehouse and a partial refund will be issued after deducting all costs incurred, including:

       Original shipping costs

       Return shipping fees

       Redirection or courier handling fees

       Any additional logistics costs related to retrieving the package

Unclaimed packages cannot be automatically reshipped. If you wish to receive the item again, a new purchase will be required, subject to availability at that time. We cannot guarantee the same item or variant will still be in stock.

 

9. In-Store Pickup & Virtual Personal Shopping

We offer in-store pickup for selected website items at our New York City flagship store.

       Some online items may not be available in-store, and vice versa

       To access exclusive in-store inventory, you can book a Virtual Personal Shopping appointment

       During a Virtual Shopping session, your order will be shipped via USPS directly from our NYC store
