1. Return Requirements
Returns are accepted for eligible items within 30 days of delivery or pickup. To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn and unaltered
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Not marked as Sale — sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
Once a return request is approved, the item must arrive within 10 days. Extensions may be requested via the return portal or by emailing contact@minandmon.com.
2. Return Fee
Orders with a subtotal of $89 USD or more are subject to an $8 USD return fee if the order is returned or exchanged.
Subtotal is calculated excluding taxes, duties, tariffs, shipping fees, and any additional charges.
This fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit amount at the time of processing.
3. How to Return or Exchange
To begin the process, submit a request through our returns portal
After completing the form, our team will review your request and notify you of the outcome via minandmon@360.postco.co. Response times may vary as each case is reviewed and approved individually. Return requests are automatically archived 10 days after approval and will no longer be accepted after that window.
4. Returning by Mail
Securely pack and seal return merchandise along with your Order Receipt. Returns must be shipped prepaid using the carrier of your choice. Keep your tracking number for reference.

If eligible, refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card company, the refund may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
5. Returning or Exchanging In-Store
Eligible online purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our retail stores within 30 days of purchase. Your original Order Receipt is required.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and handled at Min & Mon's office once the product is returned to the store.
6. Exchanges
Online orders are eligible for exchange provided:
• Items are in original condition — unworn, unaltered, with all tags attached
• The item is not a sale item (sale items are final sale and may not be exchanged)
• The exchange has not been previously exchanged — re-exchanges are not permitted
Exchange items will not be shipped until the originally purchased items have been received.
Eligible items may also be brought to any of our retail stores for return or exchange.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, or the item you received is not what you ordered, please contact our Customer Care team:
• Via the chat window on our website
• By email at contact@minandmon.com
Please have your order number ready. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Min & Mon does not cover return shipping costs or labels unless the item is confirmed defective.
8. Gift Items
Items received as a gift must be accompanied by an Order Receipt and are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Refunds to the original form of payment are available only for the original purchasing customer, using the original payment method.
9. BOGO Promotion Returns
For purchases made under any Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotion, returns are handled as follows:
• Both items from the promotion must be returned together to receive a full refund.Full Order Return:
• If only the higher-priced item is returned, the value of the discounted or free item retained will be deducted from the refund amount.Partial Return:
Discounted or free items from BOGO promotions cannot be returned individually.
10. Promotional Discounts & Discount Codes
Unless otherwise stated, full-price items purchased with a promotional discount code are eligible for return if they meet the standard return criteria.
Sale items are always final sale.
Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items. Min & Mon will not refund discount fees applied to sale items or when multiple discounts are stacked. Sale prices cannot be honored outside of active sale periods.
11. Unclaimed & Undelivered Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to track their shipment and respond promptly to any delivery-related communications.
If a package cannot be delivered and the customer does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the order may be considered unclaimed. The package will be returned to our warehouse and a partial refund will be issued — deducting all costs incurred, including:
• Original shipping costs
• Return shipping fees
• Redirection or courier handling fees
• Any additional logistics costs related to retrieving the package
Unclaimed packages cannot be automatically reshipped. If you wish to receive the item again, a new purchase will be required, subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the same item or variant will still be in stock.
12. Min & Mon Reserves the Right To
• Deny refunds if merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
• Ban customers from returning, exchanging, or purchasing if a pattern of abusive return or exchange behavior is detected.
• Refuse the return or charge a 5% restocking fee if items show signs of wear or arrive after the 10-day return window. This also applies to exchanges.
• Refuse or charge a 5% restocking fee for items shipped back that were not submitted through the return portal. Customers must cover return shipping or retrieve items at our NYC store. This also applies to exchanges.
