Wholesale Return Policy
At Min & Mon, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to maintain a clear and consistent return policy across all our wholesale partners.
Quality Issues / Damaged Goods
We accept returns or replacements in the case of manufacturing defects or items that arrive damaged. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, we will: Offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the case. We will cover any associated shipping costs
Claims must include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
Customer Change of Mind (Retailer)
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind
Overbuying
Slow sell-through
Incorrect assortment selection by the retailer
All wholesale orders are considered final sale under these circumstances.
End Customer Issues (Retail Level)
We do not accept returns directly tied to the retailer’s end customers (e.g. fit, preference, gifting issues, etc.).
However:
If the issue is related to a quality defect, it falls under Section 1 and will be reviewed accordingly
Otherwise, it is the retailer’s responsibility to manage their own return policy with their customers
Exceptions (Case-by-Case Basis)
While our policy is firm, we value long-term relationships and may review exceptional cases at our discretion.
Order Review, Shipping & Duties
All orders placed through our store are subject to review prior to confirmation. We do not automatically process or fulfill orders upon placement.
Shipping & Duties Calculation
Shipping costs and applicable duties and taxes are not automatically calculated at checkout. Once your order has been reviewed, our team will determine the exact shipping rate and any duties or taxes applicable to your shipment. These charges will be added to your order and reflected in your final invoice.
Invoice & Payment
After your order has been reviewed and shipping and duties have been calculated, you will receive a final invoice with the total amount due. Your order will not be processed or shipped until full payment of the invoice has been received and confirmed.
Order Fulfillment
Once payment has been received in full, your order will be confirmed and handed over to our fulfillment and shipping team. You will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Services & Delivery Times
United States
- Orders are typically shipped via FedEx International Priority.
- Estimated transit time: 3-5 business days.
- For Hawaii and Alaska, the estimated transit time is 5-8 business days.
- Due to external factors, we may use alternative carriers such as DHL Express or UPS.

Fulfillment Times
Our team fulfills all orders from our Warehouse in Colombia. Orders shipped to the United States are fulfilled Monday through Friday. You will typically receive a shipping confirmation within 5-8 business days after placing your order.
Please note that the shipping time shown at checkout refers only to the estimated transit time (i.e., how long your order will take to reach you after leaving our facilities). It does not include the fulfillment time required to pack and prepare your order.
- If you place an order on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the fulfillment process will begin on the following Monday.
- United States orders take 3-5 business days to arrive.
- Orders to countries and states outside the continental U.S. typically arrive within 10-16 business days (5-8 business days for fulfillment + 5-8 business days for shipping).
Unexpected delays may occur due to external factors; Min & Mon is not responsible for these cases.
Shipping Restrictions (North America)
We currently cannot ship to:
- PO Boxes
- APO / FPO / DPO addresses
Since we ship internationally via DHL and FedEx, only USPS has the ability to deliver to these addresses. If an order is placed with one of these restricted addresses, we will contact the customer to request an alternative address. The order will remain on hold until a new address is provided.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery becomes their responsibility. If you do not receive your package within two weeks of the shipping date, please contact us at contact@minandmon.com for assistance.
- If your package is marked as "Delivered" in the tracking system but you have not received it, please contact us immediately.
If your package is still missing after two weeks:
If, after two weeks, your package is not marked as "in your delivery area" on the courier’s tracking system, it may be lost or stolen. In this case:
- File a police report for the missing package.
- Send a scanned copy of the police report and your order number to contact@minandmon.com.
- Once verified, we will work with you to either replace the items or refund the order value.
⚠ Note: As a small business producing items in limited batches, we cannot guarantee that the exact items from your original order will be available for replacement.
